Become a Vendor at Merchant Square Antiques!

We’re always looking for dedicated vendors to join our community and help us grow. While there is currently a waiting list, we are always accepting applications! A complete and thorough application increases your chances of being considered, especially if you have great items to offer.

What We’re Looking For:

• 80% vintage/antique items in your booth.

• Vendors who run their space like their own small business and want to contribute to the success of Merchant Square Antiques.

• Information about your background, including any current or past stores you’ve been a part of.

Booth Pricing:

• Booth spaces: Starting at $125 bi-weekly

• Showcases: Starting at $36 bi-weekly

• Open bookshelves: Starting at $35 bi-weekly

• Wall spaces: Starting at $50 bi-weekly

Important Details:

• 11% commission on sales, plus 3% fee if a credit card is used for the transaction.

• We offer 10% off to military members year-round and 10% off to seniors on Tuesdays.

• During storewide sales, we require vendors to offer a minimum of 10% off on their items.

How to Apply:

Fill out the vendor application below and include:

• Details on how you plan to set up your booth (e.g., painting, build-outs, etc.)

• Photos of the items you’d like to sell.

• Information about any current or past stores you’ve been part of.
